That first level 250 player probably only does the very high experience street jobs, ending up with much more experience with a relatively low amount of street jobs completed. Those 9800 wins were mostly initiated by the player, resulting in experience.

I'm assuming the level 239 player is one that you see on pb all the time, the the vast majority of those wins are wins while on the payback list which result in no gain in experience. This racer most likely only does lower experience street jobs.

Just hit level 276. List above is accurate cause I needed 2 more exp to gain level and got 6. So this number minus 4 exp.
